We will use donated funds to advocate for changes we believe are required in the rezoning plan, our legal effort, communication outreach, and minor administrative expenses. The coalition operating team is entirely made of volunteers.
The Coalition for Fairness in SoHo and NoHo, Inc., EIN 87-4359567, is recognized as a public charity under IRC Section 501(c)(3). Donations are tax-exempt to the extent the law provides.
